Terms & Conditions

Hezire products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The conditions of the warranty are as below:

  • The warranty is non-transferrable and is limited to the original purchaser only.
  • Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product which fails during normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • You will require a dated receipt to prove the original date of purchase. Please keep this receipt safe in case of a warranty claim.
  • The warranty is voided if the product has been subject to physical damage, improper installation, modification or repair by unauthorized third party.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the product, packaging and product documentation. We will endeavor to reflect any changes on the product packaging and user manual.
  • If the product is found to be defective, please contact your local retailer or distributor along with your proof of purchase to arrange a replacement or repair.

How long does shipping take?

We promise to deliver your product(s) on time for your satisfaction. Our team delivers product(s) all over the UAE with specified delivery charges. (Exclusions specified)*

Our delivery takes place as per the table below

Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman

1 – 3 working days.

Rest of the Emirate

2 – 5 working days

What is our return & exchange policy

Our return & exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.
  • Incorrect/ Damaged / Defective Unit:
  • The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with the original packaging material, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s and promotional vouchers.
  • Open products will be accepted if different from the description or picture displayed on the website.
  • Return request of the product must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Missing Items:

  • The amount of any lost item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Exchange of items:
  • In the event of any exchange, the difference amount will be adjusted
  • Non-returnable products:
  • Kindly refer to the Non- Returnable Criteria section below
  • Conditions apply for any exchange during promotions.

*Customer will be charged AED 100 for the conditions specified in the section “Change of Mind.”
